Our Shipping Policies

We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible, and most fully in-stock orders ship within 1 business day of receipt. While such prompt shipment is not always possible, essentially all fully in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days of receipt. 

Please help us to ship your orders quickly, and successfully, by ensuring that you provide addresses which are both accurate and complete. Be sure to include any applicable apartment numbers, as well as zip or postal codes that are appropriate for the shipping destinations. We are not responsible for shipping and handling charges associated with shipments that are returned by carriers due to the provision of inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

Orders are subject to a shipping & handling charge. We make every effort to keep this additional cost as low as possible. The shipping & handling charge is calculated based on the total price of the merchandise in the order.

All orders are shipped from Vermont Christmas Company located in Elkhart, Indiana. Standard delivery time from Elkhart for domestic orders is generally 1-6 business days from the date of shipment.
